The following conditions apply to the use of the swimming pool & spa, which must be observed by all residents and persons in their company 1. Children 14 years or less may use the swimming pool & spa but only if supervised by an adult at all times; 2. Glass objects, drinking glasses and sharp objects are not permitted 3. Alcohol and food are not permitted
4. The swimming pool & spa area is for use by residents and up to two guests per resident at any one time. Guests are to be accompanied by the resident at all times
5. Smoking is not permitted
6. For the hygiene of all users of the swimming pool & spa you must shower first
7. Jumping, diving, running, ball playing, noisy or hazardous activities are not permitted
8. Hours of use 24 hours, seven days per week.
9. All users of the swimming pool & spa must dry off before leaving this area
10. Footwear must be worn to and from the swimming pool area
11. A resident and persons in their company must ensure that when in the swimming pool or spa appropriate attire is worn at all times. Nude bathing is not permitted.
12. All users of the swimming pool & spa do so at their own risk
13. All litter to be placed in the waste receptacle provided all spillages must be cleaned up.
14. A resident shall not breach nor permit persons in their company to breach these rules as stipulated
