Facility Management Victoria (FMV) provide building management services. The Building Manager and concierge supervise the day to day functions within the building.  Those functions include managing essential services, cleaning, security, rubbish removal, moving in and out, the issuing of keys and access cards and the policing of the rules of the Owners Corporation.
