To ensure the move in/out process is organized with minimal
disruption to other residents and all common areas are protected against
damage, each move-in must be pre-booked. A lift will be assigned solely for
your use on the day; a maximum 4-hour
period applies in most cases.
Your removalist must provide written proof of their public liability insurance (e.g. a Certificate of Currency) - faxed or emailed to the Building Manager before the move is acceptable. Moves in/out will not be permitted until this proof has been received. The Certificate of Currency must be dated no earlier than one week before the move.
It is extremely important that prior to the move a representative from your removalist company contacts the Building Manager.
Points covered will include the following:
·Parking
of the removalist’s vehicle(s).
·Confirmation
of the specific time and duration for the move – (4 hours max in most cases)
·Entry
and exit points will only be at the Queens lane entry to the B1 carpark
·Protection
of all furniture and fittings in the common areas and supervision.
·Initial
and final inspection of common property including artwork.
·NO move in/out will be permitted through
the front entrance foyer doors.
·Novehicle is permitted to park on the
carpark entrance ramp at any time. Removalist should park their vehicle(s) in
Queens Lane in accordance with the parking restrictions.

Building Manager has the right to refuse to let a move in/out to proceed should
it be apparent that the move would not be completed by 5:00pm
